Happened to pull into overlook while paraglider was preparing. We waited ~1 hour while he got his gear set up and waited for adequate winds. Enjoy the ride and the Shenandoah Valley scenery....... This is at Milepost 11.0 on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia...elevation 3200'.
